“I am so happy with my new windows and patio door from One Window at a Time. The whole process was so easy. The owner came out to give me the bid. He was so nice and explained everything so well. Installation was amazing. They showed up on time and I couldn’t believe how fast they work and the installation went so well and cleaned up beautifully. The owner was there at the start and stayed for awhile to help then l came back at the end to see that all was done incredibly. All the great reviews you read here are true. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy windows. Love that this is a local company and not a big chain!”

They were extremely knowledgeable about the product, other products on the market, and the installation process. They were transparent with pricing and timeline for the project. Their communication and willingness to answer questions or address concerns exceeded our expectations. The installers were professional and we are so pleased with the craftsmanship. They took the time to seal everything up inside and out, and even took the weather into consideration during the installation process. Everything looks really clean, secure, and smooth. We love the windows, themselves, too. They can slide open from either direction and they easily pop out for convenient access for cleaning. We will definitely be calling One Window At A Time again when we are ready to replace the other windows on our home.”
